Work began with abatement, decontamination, and select demolition. The existing facade was completely renovated to introduce natural light to all tenant spaces. Skylights were also added for natural light at interior areas of the building.

The scope also included the expansion of the “rail trail”, a mixed-use path that will eventually connect Chamblee with surrounding communities.

Tenant interiors included Winter's new office, including multiple meeting spaces, offices, training room, focus rooms, gathering spaces, kitchen and indoor/outdoor breakroom.
