Winter Environmental has been leading the installation of a Vapor Intrusion Mitigation System at a multi family development in Atlanta since 2022. The project is being completed in phases as units are built and, as of October 2025, is roughly 85 percent complete.

The scope includes installing a 41 mil vapor barrier system across 50 slabs supporting 294 residential units and a clubhouse. Most units carry footprints of about 1,000 square feet. Each slab requires careful placement of geotextile fabric followed by spray applied sealants to create long term vapor protection. Work is delivered in multiple mobilizations to stay aligned with the builder’s construction schedule and to maintain quality control across each phase of the development.
