Winter Environmental was awarded to perform complete asbestos abatement in preparation for the implosion of a large dormitory building. The project included removing 100,000 square feet of asbestos floor tile and mastic, 13,000 square feet of asbestos tar mastic, and 18,000 linear feet of asbestos insulation. Completed within 14 weeks, the work required careful planning and coordination by a team of more than 40 professionals to meet the tight implosion schedule safely and efficiently.
